Registration Information

• Online Registration will go live on March 10, 2023, at 10:00 AM CST
• Online Registration ends on June 30, 2023, at 11:59 PM CST
• Onsite Registration opens Wednesday, July 26, at 12:00 PM CST through Friday, July 28.
  
• To purchase event registrations, you’ll need your Acknowledgment Number (Connections Housing Confirmation Number provided after booking hotels) or an Exemption Number (provided by Connections Housing for approved exemptions).
• You’ll need to know the number of attendees in your group. Note: if you need over 100 tickets, you will need a second person to register the remaining attendees.
• You’ll need to know what level you want to be in (Floor, Concourse Low, Concourse High, Club Level).
• You’ll need to have your payment method ready to go with the billing information attached with that card (Double check that credit limit!)
• Ensure you have all the Contact Information (Shipping Address for the badges, billing address for the card being used, Registrants’ personal information that matches the housing information)
• Once you’re on the Eventbrite page and have clicked “Get Tickets”, Eventbrite has suggested that you do NOT refresh your screen. You will be able to purchase tickets shortly!
