Event Registration

All NAYC attendees must register at www.northamericanyouthcongress.com. Registration includes a badge which allows access to all sessions in both the Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indianapolis Convention Center.

  • Event registration will be available on Monday, February 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM CST.
  • Online registration ends Monday, June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.
  • Onsite registration will be available starting Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM CST.
  • Friday Only registration will be available after the evening service Thursday, July 24, 2025.
  • Onsite registration will close Friday, July 25, 2025, at 7:45 PM CST.

Badges can be picked up onsite for anyone living outside of the USA.

Here are a few important details to assist you in registering for NAYC25:

Please be aware that you will be required to provide your Hotel Block Confirmation Number, Reservation Acknowledgement Number, or Exemption Number provided from Connections Housing in order to complete your registration. This number will be assigned once you have booked your hotel through Connections Housing or once you are approved for an exemption.

 

RESERVED SECTIONS

One of the challenges for groups that attend NAYC is locating a seat in the stadium for services. We are piloting a test plan that would offer leaders an opportunity to register for a reserved section within Level 100 on Monday, February 17th at 6:00 PM CST during NAYC Event Registration as you would any level. When you arrive at NAYC25, your group would select and occupy their number of registered seats within the reserved section within Level 100. While the individual seats may change for a group during the event, they would have seats in their reserved section for all of NAYC!

The Reserved Sections on the map and Reserved Section badges will be one color, but NAYC25 Event Registration offers you the exciting opportunity to sit within one of the 8 reserved sections.

The eight reserved sections will be:

  • Section 101
  • Section 102
  • Section 103
  • Section 105
  • Section 148
  • Section 151
  • Section 152
  • Section 153

 

REGISTRATION COST

Ticket Options

  • $105 Reserved Section
    • This badge allows you to sit within your purchased reserved section. You can choose from the following sections: 101, 102, 103, 105, 148, 151, 152, or 153.
  • $ 85 Floor Level
  • $ 75 Level 100
  • $ 65 Level 200
  • $ 55 Level 300
  • $ 55 Level 400
  • $ 85 On-site
  • $ 60 One Day Friday Pass (Available on-site after the Thursday evening service)

NOTE: All tickets will include a $1.50 Eventbrite online service fee & 2.5% processing fee per ticket.)

Registration Tips:

  1. To purchase event registrations, please be aware, you will be required to provide your Hotel Block Confirmation Number, Reservation Acknowledgement Number, or Exemption Number.
  2. Have the number of attendees in your group. Note: 100 is the maximum number of tickets you can purchase through Eventbrite during one transaction. If you need over 100 tickets, a second person is required to register the remaining attendees over 100.
  3. Know what level you want to be in (Reserved section, Floor, Level 100, Level 200, Level 300, Level 400).
  4. Have your payment method ready to go with the billing information attached to that card. (Double-check that credit limit!)
  5. Ensure you have all the contact and housing information (shipping name and address for the badges, billing name and address for the card being used, NAYC housing reservation contact name, housing confirmation number, room block number, or exemption number).

As with the NAYC Housing website, we are providing access to the event registration website prior to the event registration tickets going on sale. You can register on February 17th at 6:00 PM CST.

Hotel Registration

Important reminders:

  • The NAYC Housing Demo Website is no longer available. Thank you for using it to prepare for NAYC25!
  • NAYC Housing Reservations will require no upfront charge. There is a fee associated with canceling a reservation. The Cancellation Policy can be found below.
  • In order to be prepared for the NAYC Event Registration, you will be required to provide your hotel block confirmation number, reservation acknowledgment number, or exemption number. This number will be assigned once you have booked your hotel.

5 Steps for NAYC Housing Registration

  1. On February 3, 2025, at 6:00pm CST, go to northamericanyouthcongress.com and click “HOTELS” at the top of the NAYC website.
    • If you access the NAYC website before 6:00 pm CST, you will need to refresh the page at 6:00 pm CST to view the “REGISTER HERE” button to access the NAYC Housing Website.
  2. Click the “REGISTER HERE” button to be directed to the NAYC Housing Website.
    • Due to the high volume of attendees, you may be placed in a “Waiting Room”. The system will count down to your turn to access the site, so DO NOT navigate away from or refresh your page. Doing so will result in you losing your place in line and you will have to restart the process.
  3. Once on the NAYC Housing Website, search for and book your room(s) with the arrival date of 7/23 and departure date of 7/26 to expedite your booking process.
    • The NAYC Housing Website hotel list is automatically sorted by distance to the venue, but you can also sort by rate, alphabetically, or other criteria to find your preferred property.
    • If you need an earlier arrival or later departure date, continue booking with the above dates. Once your reservation is confirmed, email the Housing Team at [email protected] with your preferred dates of stay, and they will assist you.
  4. Once you have selected your preferred hotel and room type, enter all guest information and payment information.
    • You do not need to put individual names for each room; instead, leave the self-populated information in the fields.
  5. Confirm your reservation, and you are all set!
    • You should receive a confirmation email. Check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 36 hours, please email the Housing Team at [email protected].

In order to be prepared for the NAYC Event Registration, you will be required to provide your hotel block confirmation number, reservation acknowledgment number, or exemption number. This number will be assigned once you have booked your hotel. NAYC Housing Reservations will require no upfront charge. The Cancellation Policy is below.

Cancellation Policy

Any room(s) cancelled/released on or after February 5, 2025, and through May 27, 2025, will be charged a $50 fee ($45 cancel fee $5 credit card processing fee).

Any room(s) cancelled/released on or after May 28, 2025, and when the hotel cancel policy takes effect, will be charged a $100 fee ($90 cancel fee $10 credit card processing fee).

Hotels that are within 2 miles of the Lucas Oil Stadium will require a “3” night minimum stay to include Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights.

Your hotel reservation acknowledgement(s) number and/or exception number is required to purchase your event ticket(s).

Housing Exceptions

We understand that some attendees may live within 60 miles, have family in the area, or may want to book rooms using hotel reward points (for all nights for each reservation). Because of this, we offer a few exceptions to our Book the Block Program. In order to be eligible for an exception the following form and all required supporting documentation needs to be submitted no later than February 14, 2025.

Please be aware that you will be required to provide your Hotel Block Confirmation Number, Reservation Acknowledgement Number, or Exemption Number provided from Connections Housing in order to complete your NAYC Event Registration. This number will be assigned once you have booked your hotel through Connections Housing or once you are approved for an exemption.

Airbnb, VRBO, and any other vacation rental sites are not eligible as NAYC housing options to be able to purchase tickets.
